    *Congregational Meeting January 28
      We will be holding our annual Congregational Meeting and lunch on Sunday, January 28 after worship.
      All are welcome at the lunch and to read and hear annual reports. Voting members will establish pastoral terms of call and corporation officers.
    *Ash Wednesday Evening Worship Service
        Wednesday, February 14, 7 p.m.
    Each year as we anticipate the coming of Easter Sunday, we have an opportunity to
    spend time in renewed or increased prayer, contemplation, or service. The season for
    reflection and prayer, service and sacrifice begins February 14, “Ash Wednesday,” with
    a service of imposition of ashes. This ancient Christian practice is a way to acknowledge
    our mortality and to thank God for our precious lives. If you wish there will be an
    opportunity to receive the sign of ashes on your forehead.
    *Lenten Monday Evening Prayer Services
      Each Monday evening in Lent at 6:00pm: Feb. 19, 26, March 5, 12, 19
    Gather in the social hall for a half hour time of prayer and reflection and singing.
    Services last one half hour and conclude at 6:30 p.m.     
    All are welcome and encouraged to stay for the study that follows, but if you choose to
    attend only the worship service, there will be an opportunity to leave at 6:30 p.m.
