Advent Study Group

October 23 & 30 and November 6 & 13

We will also have a book study. Imagine: an Advent study that finishes before Thanksgiving!  That is the plan.  We will be reading and discussing Walter Brueggemann’s book, Names for the Messiah: An Advent Study.  The names we will be studying are from Isaiah 9: 6 — Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  Dr. Brueggemann is a wonderful writer; I hope you will enjoy this book.  The book can be ordered from Amazon and likely from some other places.  There is some Christian Education money available, if that would be helpful.
